Ingredients
- One Chicken Breast per person
- One Bottle BBQ Sauce
- 1 slice of Monterey Jack Cheese per chicken breast
- 2 C rice
- 4 TB butter
Preparation
Step 1
Let raw chicken marinate in half of the bottle of BBQ sauce in glass dish overnight.
Cook rice according to pkg. directions.
Add butter.
Place chicken in frying pan until outside looks well done.
Place chicken back into glass dish then into the oven for apx. 15 min or until cooked through.
Take the chicken out of the oven and slice length wise.
Add one slice of cheese between the slices.
Serve over rice.
Place BBQ sauce on table for personal use
