Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups melted butter
- 3 tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Use to baste chicken.
Yield: about 2 cups or enough for 3 chickens.
