Ingredients
- ◦1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- ◦3 tablespoon honey
- ◦Juice from 1/2 lemon
- ◦ 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- ◦5 bananas, medium firmness
- ◦1/2” slices
- ◦1/2 teaspoon 100% Rum Extract

Step 1
1.Add and combine the first 4 ingredients to the slow cooker.
2.Add banana slices, toss gently to coat with honey mixture.
3.Cover and cook on low 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
4.Add rum extract to bananas and stir to combine.
5.Serve Bananas Foster as a topping or enjoy as a standalone dessert.
