Fish Tacos w/Tomato & Avocado Salsa

Put all these ingredients together and you have a fresh & tasty fish taco! I have made several versions at home and I came up with this one and like it the best! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 jalapeno, minced
- 2-3 tablespoons lime juice & lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 pieces of breaded fish (tilapia or cod)
- tortillas
- shredded cabbage
- 1 T. of salsa = 9 calories

Preparation
Step 1
Combine tomato, onion, jalapeno, lime & lemon juice to taste, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in avocado and cilantro.
Toss shredded cabbage with citrus juices & cilantro.
Place baked fish (cut into pieces) in tortilla. Add salsa and top with cabbage mixture.
Add plain greek yogurt; if you wish, in place of sour cream.
