Blueberry-Ginger Relish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, coarsely chopped
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 Serrano chile, seeded and minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and chill for 20 minutes prior to serving. This relish works great as a topping for burgers, pork chops, or fish.
