Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- Boil these and then cool. Add 4 Tbsp soy sauce & 2 cloves of garlic.
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 packages of Ramen noodles uncooked, broken (discard flavor pack)
- 1 head Napa cabbage finely chopped
- 4 green onions finely chopped
- 1 bunch red leaf lettuce
- Optional: 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 6 oz sliced almonds

Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken breasts, chop and then marinade overnight in Marinade in the refrigerator.
When ready to serve, put chopped items in a salad bowl and toss. POur chicken and marinade over and toss.
