Ingredients

  • 30 saltine crackers
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled (or meat of choice)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble crackers into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over crackers.
Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.

Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
