Sara Lee Butter Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbs. butter extract
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbs. cinnamon
  • Topping
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbs. hot milk
  • 1/2 tsp. butter extract
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Grease a 9x13 baking pan
Beat cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil for 8 minutes at medium speed
Add butter extract and vanilla extract
Pour half the batter in buttered 9x13 pan.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle half mixture over batter.
Spread remaining batter and then top with remaining cinnamon and sugar.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Combine the topping ingredients and drizzle over cooled cake.
