Ingredients

    tbl. olive oil

  • 1

    lb. shrimp

  • 2

    tsp. minced garlic

  • 1/2

    tsp. each salt & pepper

  • 1 1/2

    c chicken broth

  • 1

    box frozen artichoke heart

  • 3

    oz. fresh plum tomatoes

  • 1/2

    c chopped parsley

  • 2

    tbl. margarine

  • 1

    lb. linguine cooked

Directions

minutes,stirring often,until shrimp turn opaque remove shrimp with slotted spoon add remaining garlic,salt,pepper,&chicken broth to skillet bring to boil and cook 3-5 minutes to reduce liquid stir in artichoke hearts and tomatoes,chopped cook 5-7 minutes until artichoke hearts are tender to serve,add shrimp to mixture and cook about 2 minutes until mixture is hot remove from heat stir in parsley and butter pour over hot pasta and toss to mix
