Val's Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons sweet relish
  • Mayonaise to suit taste
  • Salt to suit taste
  • Lemon pepper to suit taste
  • 2 cans medium shrimp, strained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and chill 2 hrs. or overnight.
