Ingredients
- Recipe for the filling:
- 3 beaten egg yolks
- 1 1 / 4 cups sugar
- 3 slightly rounded Tablespoons flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 T. melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Slice fresh peaches and put them in an unbaked pie crust. Mix together the following and pour over the peaches.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, turn the oven down to 350 degrees and bake for another 45-60 minutes.
Test the pie with a knife to be sure the knife comes out clean when tested.
