  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 12 oz jar chunky salsa
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 cups crushed tortilla chips


Servings 6


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until browned. Drain and discard excess fat. Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise, and chili powder.
In a medium baking dish, layer meat mixture, cheese, and chips. Continue to make layers, ending with crushed chips, until all ingredients are used. Bake for 20 minutes.
