Ingredients

  • 15 oz Cornmeal
  • 13.5 oz A.P. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 3/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 6 oz Diced Shallots - sauteed
  • 1 Diced Jalapeno - sauteed

Preparation

Step 1

-Combine dry ingredients.
-Combine wet ingredients with shallots and jalapeno.
-Mix wet and dry until just combined.
-Spray pans, bake 350.
