Ingredients
- 10 oz ground sirloin
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 soy sauce
- 1 1/2 toasted sesame oil
- 21 tsp mirin or dry sherry
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 pepper
- 30 dough circles

Combine all ingredients. Portion into 2 tsp balls. Refrigerate 30 min
