Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small onion sliced (1/2 cup)
- 1 box (10 oz) green giant frozen broccoli and cheese sauce
- 2/3 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1 can (4 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 375
2. In 10" skillet heat oil over med-high heat. Add mushrooms and onion; cook 5-7 min stirring frequently, until tender.
3. Microwave broccoli as directed on box
4. Spread ricotta in bottom of ungreased 8 in square (2 quart) glass baking dish. Top with chicken, mushroom mixture and broccoli with cheese sauce
5. Unroll dough - place over top of dish, tucking in corners as needed.
6. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 20 - 25 min or until tops are golden brown and edges are bubbly
