Rainbow Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb Ground Turkey
• 1/4 lb Pork Sausage (can be any type of sausage)
• 2 cups breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup diced onions
• 1/2 cup diced yellow peppers
• 1/2 cup diced orange peppers
• 1/2 cup diced green peppers
• 1 Tablespoon worchestershire sauce
• 1 pinch of granulated garlic
• 1 pinch of coarse salt
• 1 large egg

Preparation

Step 1

Mix turkey with sausage in mixing bowl. Add and mix egg, then breadcrumbs. Then add onions, peppers, worchestershire sauce, garlic and salt in succession after mixing each.

Hand roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 deg for 25-30 minutes. Serve with favorite pasta and sauce.
