Ingredients
- 2 cups of fresh berries
- 1 1/3 Cups of sugar
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp butter
- half a cinnamon stick
- 2 1/2 TBL liquid pectin

Preparation
Step 1
I wide heavy sauce pan combined berries, lemon, sugar and butter. Crush the berries to release juices. Bring mixture to a rolling boil stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute and add pectin and return to boil for another minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Remove cinnamon stick and ladle into clean jars. Coll to room temperature cover and refrigerate and will keep up to 2 weeks.
