Ingredients

1 12 cups whipping cream (chilled)
34 cup sugar
8 ozs mascarpone cheese
15 ozs pumpkin puree
34 tsp pumpkin pie spice (14 teaspoon each cinnamon cloves and nutmeg)
6 ozs ladyfingers (halved)
14 cup rum
2 ozs amaretti (crushed, cookies)
mascarpone cheese (italian cream, and amaretti cookies italian macaroons are available at many supermarkets and italian markets)
