Mexican Ceviche

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Talapia Fish, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 6 Limes
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Squeeze the juice of the limes over the cubes of fish. Put into zip lock bad and refrigerate

While fish is marinating chop veggies fine

Add olive oil, veggies and cilantro to fish

Let stand for minimum of 10 minutes in the refrig
