Ingredients
- 1 bunch (3/4 lb) medium-thick asparagus (about 16), trimmed
- 16 large scallions, trimmed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare lightly oiled grill for medium heat. Alternately thread half of the asparagus and scallions onto 2 socked bamboo skewers (10") to form a "rack". Repeat with 2 more skewers and remaining asparagus and scallions. Lightly coat vegetables with olive oil spray. Season with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
2. Grill, turning racks with tongs, until golden and tender, about 7 minutes.
