Guacamole with Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • 4 Avacados, halved and pitted
  • 1 1/2 limes, zest and juice
  • 4 slices Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Jalapeno Peppers, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced

Preparation

Step 1

Scrape avocados into a bowl. Add lime zest and juice and mash with a spoon or fork until chunky or smooth. Stir in the onion, jalapeno, cilantro and a pinch of s&p.

Add hot sauce

Fold in red pepper
