Ingredients
- 1 dozen Eggs
- Cream of Tartar
- 8 T Brown Sugar
- 4 cups Powder Sugar to even out with Brown Sugar
- 2 T Vanilla
- Brandy
- Rum
- Hot Water or Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Separate Egg Whites and Yolks. Beat Egg Whites with pinch of Tartar to make stiff. Beat Egg Yolks, Sugar and Vanilla till stiff. Blend in with Egg Whites.
In Mug:
1 shot Brandy
1/2 shot Rum
Fill with hot Water or milk, and put batter on top.
