Ingredients
- 1 kg spareribs
- 1 to 2 onions
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 to 2 cups water
- 1 t. celery seeds
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- a few drops Tabasco sauce

Step 1
Brown ribs in hot 450 degree oven for 20 min. Bake with onions, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. While baking, mix remaining ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Pour over ribs and bake for 1 1/2 hrs, basting often.
