Freezer Meal Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1 lb Browned Ground Beef
• 1 16oz container of Sour Cream
• 1 can Cream of Chicken or Mushroom
• 1/4 C Onion

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef in a sauce pan. Drain grease then add sour cream and soup and onion mix well. Place in a freezer bag.
When ready to eat thaw and reheat by bringing mixture to a simmer for 5 minutes.
Then pour sauce over cooked egg noodles or rice and enjoy.
