    oz corn stock (from boiling corn Cobb with basil for 15 minutes)

Directions

cut fish into 1" strip coat with dry ingredients and wrap in plastic overnight remove and rinse, pat dry and store uncovered for 1 hour slice in 1/4" strips for taco CORN MOLE sweat onions- do not brown sauteed corn until soft puree corn and broth and strain serve with cabbage or pea tendrils
