Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten egg yolks
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 stiff beaten egg whites

Step 1
Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg yolks and milk. Stir into dry ingredients. Stir in oil. Fold in egg whites,leaving a few little fluffs - don't over mix. Bake in pre-heated waffle baker.
