Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

• Oreo (or other chocolate crumb) 9" crust
• 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 cup sugar (granulated)
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1 8 oz tub cool whip, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Fold in 1 1/2 cup whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate until serving (the longer the better). Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with remaining cool whip.

*Real whipped cream can be substituted for cool whip.
