Ingredients

  • 4 T. butter
  • 2 c. onions (chopped)
  • 2 c. carrots (chopped)
  • 5 c. chicken stock
  • 3 potatoes (peel and cube)
  • 1 c. dill (fresh)
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Put everything in slow cooker except cheese.

Cook: Low 4 to 6 hours.

Add cheddar and serve.
