Simple Tomato-Mozz Sliders

  • 12 ounces buffalo mozzarella
  • 12 medium-sized basil leaves
  • 12 medium-sized tomato wedges
  • 12 micro onion buns (the fresher, the better)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

Slice tomatoes into wedges and slice buffalo mozzarella.

Toast the buns in oven or on a grill.

Drizzle each bun with olive oil.

Place a basil leaf, a wedge of tomato and a piece of cheese on each bun.

Top with salt and pepper, then close bun.

Drizzle and decorate serving plate with olive oil and herbs.
