Ingredients
- 12 Lasagna Noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 (15 oz) container ricotta or cottage cheese
- 2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1 package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed andd well drained
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage or ground beef/turkey
- 1 (17 oz) jar classico alfredo or sundried tomato alfredo pasta sauce
- 1 (26 oz) jar classico sweet basil marinara past sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, 2 tablespoons parmesan and eggs; mix welll. In 13x9 in baking dish spread 1 cup marinara sauce. Layer 4 noodles over sauce. Top with 1/2 each, cheese mixture, spinach, marinara sauce and sausage. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 4 noodles. Spread Alfredo Sauce on evenly and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
