Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb green grapes, frozen
- 3 c packed baby spinach
- 1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 3 c pear nectar or apple juice
Preparation
Step 1
Freeze grapes at least 3 hours.
In a blender combine 1/2 of the grapes with spinach, apple and nectar or juice. Blend until smooth, adding remaining grapes while blender is running.
