Ingredients
- 1.75 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/3 Cup Buttermilk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1.5 Cups of Sugar
- 1 Cup Bananas Mashed
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans (opt)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray release 9X5 Loaf Pan
I put my bananas in my Kitchen Aide Stand Mixer to smash up
next I add the sugar and blend well
then I add the oil, buttermilk, and eggs blend well
sift dry ingedients and add to wet ingredients blend well
opt add nuts
bake 1 to 1.5 hours Done when toothpik inserted in center comes out clean
