Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 c. low-fat mayo
- 1/2 c. light sour cream
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion
- 3 Tbsp white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/8 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/8 tsp anchovy paste

Blend all ingredients in electric blender. Store up to 1 week in frig.
