Walnut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Make Walnut Milk:
  • 1 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 Tblsp. Xagave
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Soak 1 hour, Drain and rinse walnuts thoroughly. Makes 2 Cups
  • Smoothie:
  • 1 cup Walnut Milk
  • 1 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 3/4 c. Madjool Dates, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes (8 cubes)

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients, blend until smooth. Serve.
