Baked Potatoes & Onions for 2

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, scrubbed
  • 2 medium onions8 tablespoons
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400ºF.

Slice potatoes and onions. Arrange in overlapping rows in 6 individual au gratin dishes, alternating potato and onion slices.

Combine butter, salt, parsley, black pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix well.

Drizzle butter mixture on top of potatoes and onions.

Bake, covered with foil, for 20 minutes. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
