Lemon Buttercream Frosting

  • 1 1/4 cups butter (2 1/2 sticks)
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cup powdered sugar

Step 1

Beat butter, lemon rind, and lemon juice in an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating to spreading consistency. Makes 2 3/4 cups.
