Ingredients
- 8 oz. Sour cream
- 8 oz. Cream cheese
- 1 1/2 Cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 small can green chiles, chopped
- dash of tobasco or hot sauce
- 1 loaf of sheepherder's bread, or sourdough bowl

Preparation
Step 1
Scoop out insides of bread after cutting off the top. Fill with other ingredients mixed together. Put top of bread back on. Wrap with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with crackers, or tasted slices of soft bread sticks.
