  • 3 medium round red or white potatoes (1 pound), cut into eighths or 10-12 tiny new potatoes (1 pound), halved
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika

Step 1

Place potatoes in a baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray. Combine oil and spices and drizzle over potatoes; tossing to coat. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through. To speed up cooking time, bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.
