- 1/4 TSP CUMIN
- 1 TAB CORIANDER
- 2 MINCED CLOVE GARLIC
- 1 TSP CANOLA OIL
- 1/4 GREEN PEPPER
- 1/4 CHOPPED ONION
- 1 CHOPPED CARROT
- 1/4 CHOPPED TOMATOS
- 4 CORN TORTILLAS
- 8 TAB SALSA

Step 1
PLACE CHICKEN IN SHALLOW BOWL .COMBINE LEMON JUICE AND NEXT 7 INGREDIENTS STIRRING WELL. POUR OVER CHICKEN AND MARINATE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 HR.
COAT SKILLET WITH COOKING OIL; ADD OIL. ALLOW HEAT TO MEDIUM ADD CHICKEN PEPPERS, ONION AND CARROTS. REMOVE VEGETABELES SET ASIDE.
COOK CHICKEN TILL DONE ADD VEGETABES AND TOMATOES.
WARM TORTILLAS AND SPREAD 2 TAB OF MIXTURE.
