Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pulse the vinegar, mustard, honey, kosher salt and garlic in a blender to combine. With the motor running, slowly add the vegetable oil, then the olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper
