Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25 ox) devils food cake
  • 1 1/13 c. water
  • 2 T vegtable oil
  • 2 lg egg whites
  • 1 lg egg
  • cooking spray
  • 3 c. skim milk
  • 2 (3.9) oz. pkgs chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 c. kahlua or 1/2 c. strong brewed coffee
  • 1 (8oz) carton fat free cool whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped reduced fat chocolate toffee crisp bars (hershey sweet escape) or Heath Bars

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 5 beat at medium speed until well blened. Spoon batter into 13 x 9 baking pan coated with spray. Bake at 350 for 25 min or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes on wire rack;removepan Let cool completely on a wire rack. Combione milk and pudding mix and prepare according to p[ackage directions. Tear cake into bite size pieces. Layer with 1/2 cake 1/2 kahlua 1/2 pudding 1/2 cool whip toffee repeat.
