Ingredients
- 3 cups of canned milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 3 teaspoons of yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Scald milk, stir in salt, sugar and shortening. Cool to lukewarm.
Add rest. Mix for 10 minutes. Cover, let rise 40-50 minutes. Stir down. Then cook as usual.
