Ingredients
- 6 to 7 lb.) uncooked ham
- 1 ( 6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup steak sauce
- Pineapple slices ( optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Place ham fat side up, on a large piece of aluminum foil in a shallow roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients except pineapple slices. Pour half of glaze mixture over ham. Wrap foil loosely around ham. Bake at 325 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours (about 30 minutes per pound.)
Remove ham from oven about 30 minutes before cooking time is up. Score ham i a diamond pattern, making cuts 1/4 inch deep in ham fat. Spoon remaining glaze mixture over ham, and return ham to oven Bake uncovered, at 400 for 30 minutes, basting frequently. Garnish with pineapple slices, if desired.
