Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 tea. kosker salt
- Pepper
- 1 Lb. pizza dough
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together 3 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 Tbsp. thyme leaves and 1/4 tea. kosher salt and pepper.
Coat 1 lb. pizza dough with 1 Tbsp. oil and shape into 14" oval. Grill over medium heat until puffed and cooked through and slightly charred, 2-3 minutes per side.
Transfer to cutting board. Brush with the Thyme mixture, sprinkler with coarse ground salt, and cut into pices.
