Syrup - Peach

Ingredients

  • Boil & then cool:
  • 5 C. Sugar
  • 2 C. Pineapple Juice
  • Add:
  • 2 C. fresh squeezed Orange Juice (6 oranges)
  • 1 C. fresh squeezed Lemon Juice (8 Lemons)
  • Puree:
  • 30 Peaches

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Peaches with syrup mixture. Fill Quart size Freezer Ziplocks with 2 C. in each bag.

Makes 10 Ziplock Bags

Serve over pancakes, ice cream, etc.
