  • 2 tbls lime juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 can rinsed/drained black beans
  • 1/2 mango chopped
  • 1/2 apple chopped
  • 1/4 cup scullions chopped

Step 1

1.chop all ingredients and place in bowl
2.whisk olive oil, lime juice and cilantro together
3.pour olive oil mixture over vegetables/fruit
4.toss gently
5.refrigerate 30 minutes
