  • 1 12oz bottle of red wine vinegar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbs salt
  • 3 # of fresh mushrooms



Step 1

In large non-aluminum pot combine all ingredients except mushrooms and bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and bring to a hard boil. Remove from heat, cool and chill put in jars and refrigerate.
