  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 can 10 3/4 oz beef broth
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 4 1/2 oz can mushrooms drained
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan over medium heat, saute onion in butter until almost tender. Remove from heat. Stir in broth, onion sour, mushrooms, and uncooked rice. Pour into casserole dish. Bake for about 1 hour, or until done.
