Ingredients
- 1 boneless pork roast (3 lbs)
- 1 can (16 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cold water
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
place pork roast in slow cooker
in bowl mash cranberry sauce, stir in sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves. Pour over roast
cover and cook 6-8 hrs on medium until tender. Remove roast and keep warm.
Take 2 cups of roast juices from slow cooker adding water if necessary, and pour into sauce pan. Bring to boil over med-high heat. Mix the cornstarch and water to make a paste - stir into gravy. Cook and stir until thickened.
