Ingredients
- 5 LBS hamburger,
- 1 heaping tsp. Accent,
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 3 heaping tsp mustard
- 3 heaping tsp fresh ground horseradish (meat or dairy section depending on store)
- 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt (or less)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup catsup
Preparation
Step 1
Brown burger with accent and onions - drain.
In bowl combine the rest of the ingredients.
Add mixture to drained hamburger and cook on low for 30 minutes. Increase to medium for 25 minutes and stir occasionally with wooden spoon.
***I definitely use lots more horseradish, pepper, and mustard!!!
